"Login issues made it hard to use"
I paid for this thinking I’d be able to quickly look up repair info, but the login problems made that almost impossible. It would either not load at all, or it would tell me my password was wrong even after I had just reset it.
I tried different browsers, waited a while, and tried again, I mean, I really did try to make it work. Support didn’t help much either, and it felt like I was just going in circles. I can’t really judge the repair info fairly when I could barely get into the account.

"I tried RepairSurge hoping it would actually help..."
I tried RepairSurge hoping it would actually help me narrow down what was going on with my car, but it mostly gave me basic troubleshooting steps I had already gone through. I was still left guessing and just as frustrated as before. What made it more annoying was the canned apology type responses, like they were just saying sorry without really fixing anything or giving me useful direction.

"I tried using the search what a..."
I tried using the search what a joke. It barely found anything I was looking for, and most of the results were totally useless. Kind of a dumb mess overall...

"I used RepairSurge mostly on my phone and..."
I used RepairSurge mostly on my phone and it worked fine for me. The pages loaded quick enough and fit the screen so I could look things up in the garage without dragging out my laptop. I tried it on my tablet too and didn’t run into any weird problems

"Refund guarantee wasn’t as easy as I expected"
I bought repairsurge because I figured the satisfaction guarantee meant I wouldn’t have much to worry about if it didn’t end up working for me.
Turned out the repair info wasn’t really helpful for my car, so I reached out for a refund. The whole process dragged on, and the email replies felt like they were coming from robots instead of real people actually reading what I was saying.
Maybe the product works fine for other folks, but my experience with getting my money back was frustrating. I felt like I was getting bounced around, and I wouldn’t buy it again.

"First impression wasn’t great"
Right away, I was a little disappointed because it didn’t look like my car was fully covered, and some of the info I needed was missing. It did help a bit, but not enough for the repair I was dealing with

"Repair steps felt lacking"
I was hoping this would actually walk me through the repair in a useful way, but it barely explains anything. At first I thought maybe I just needed to read more carefully, but nope, suddenly I was just annoyed. The steps are way too shallow, it didn’t feel worth it.

"Not clear enough to be useful"
I got RepairSurge thinking it would give me clear, step-by-step help, but the instructions were way too vague. I’m not expecting someone to explain every tiny thing like I’ve never held a tool before, but you’d think the important steps would actually be covered. A few parts just seemed to skip over details I needed, so I ended up searching other sites anyway to figure out what they were talking about. For someone trying to do a repair at home, it was more frustrating than helpful. Not really worth it for me.

"Support got back to me quickly"
I ran into a login problem right after buying the manual, and I wasn’t sure if their site was acting up or if I’d messed something up on my end. I messaged support thinking I’d probably be waiting until the next day.
They got back to me within a couple hours and helped me get in. I did have to explain the issue twice, which was a little annoying, but I’ll partly blame myself because my first message probably wasn’t very clear. They stayed polite and kept responding, so I’d give it 4 stars.

"Some of it helped, some of it didn’t"
The repair steps were useful for a few things, but some details didn’t really match up with my car. There was just something about it that felt a little off in places. Still, it’s okay if you just need basic info

"Felt harder to navigate than it should"
I’ll be honest, the site had me a little suspicious at first because I couldn’t tell where I was supposed to go. I was just trying to find repair info, but I ended up clicking around way more than expected, and a few pages felt kind of messy or thrown together. It does work eventually, but the navigation definitely needs to be clearer. Not terrible, just frustrating.

"Decent info, but I assumed it’d be cheaper for one repair"
I tried RepairSurge for a small fix on my car, it did give me the info I needed. I kind of assumed it might be more detailed or mechanic-level, but the steps were easy enough to follow, even if a few parts felt basic.
My quick take was that the subscription would make sense if you’re doing a bunch of repairs, but for one job, it felt like more than I really wanted to spend. I signed up thinking I’d get in, fix the issue, and be done, so the cost stood out a bit.
Overall, it’s not bad and it helped me finish what I needed to do. I just wish there were a cheaper short-term option or some kind of pay-per-repair setup, because I’d probably use that without thinking twice.

"Wiring diagrams not really helpful"
The wiring diagrams were included, but they weren’t too clear for my truck. I had to keep zooming around, and I still couldn’t find some connector info. For price, I expected a bit more easy to follow.

"Billing was the dealbreaker..."
I wanted to like it, but the billing issues got really frustrating. Then trying to cancel was more annoying than it needed to be... so I ended up quitting. I wouldn’t use it again.

"Scheduling info wasn’t really helpful"
I asked about the timing for my service, but the info I got didn’t really clear anything up. It felt like my question was brushed off instead of actually being answered, so I was left still not knowing what to expect...
